These terms govern your use of Steelmoth, a service operated by Retasoh Pty Ltd, trading as Canary Builds (the "Provider"). By using Steelmoth you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

The service

Steelmoth is an AI operator that performs work on your behalf inside limits you set. The Provider grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service while your account is active and in good standing.

Your account

  • You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you give us.
  • You are responsible for the connected accounts and the rules you set.
  • You agree not to use Steelmoth for unlawful purposes, or to do anything you don't have authority to do.

Authority & scope

Steelmoth acts only within the scope you authorise. Any meaningful action requires either a rule you've defined or your approval in the moment. You can change or revoke this scope at any time. The audit trail records every action and the authority behind it.

Data

Your data remains yours. Use is governed by our Privacy policy and any data-processing agreement (DPA) we sign with you. We do not use your data to train general-purpose models.

Fees

Pricing for each plan will be set out in your order form. The Provider may revise fees from time to time, with notice taking effect at the start of your next billing period.

Availability

We aim for high availability but the service is provided on an "as is" basis without warranty of uninterrupted operation. Planned maintenance will be communicated where reasonable.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Provider's aggregate liability arising from your use of the service is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Termination

Either party may terminate the service with notice. On termination, Steelmoth stops acting on your behalf, and you may export your audit trail and memory for a period of thirty days before deletion.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and the courts of New South Wales have non-exclusive jurisdiction.
